Questions owners ask
What counts as a person?
Anyone in your workspace: an employee on payroll or a colleague who signs in, such as your accountant. Each person is counted once.
What happens when the payroll trial ends?
Your employees, pay runs and payslips stay in your account. Move to Business when you want to run the next one.
Can I change the services I picked?
Yes. Add or drop services from Settings at any time. Payroll's 14 days start the first time you switch it on.
Are the 2026 NIS rates included?
Yes. PaySuiteTT calculates on the 2026 NIS earnings classes, and we load the new table before the January 2027 increase takes effect.
Can I pay monthly?
Business is TT$25 a person each month, or TT$250 a person when paid for the year. Either way the minimum is ten people.
Can we take our data with us?
Your records export as CSV and PDF whenever you want them.
