Sign in for the first time
Your employer invites you, by email or with a link.
- By email: open the email from PaySuiteTT and press its button. On Choose a password, type a password twice and save it. Your account opens.
- With a link: open it, then press Create an account if you're new to PaySuiteTT, or I already have an account. Then press Join.
After that, sign in at paysuitett.com with your email and password.
Find your way around
Your menu shows what your employer has turned on for you:
- My payslips and Leave, for everyone.
- Overview, Work Sessions, My Tasks and Time Reports, if you track time on projects (see Track your time in the browser).
- Profile and Settings, at the bottom.
On a phone, the menu is a row along the bottom of the screen: swipe it sideways for the rest.
See your payslips
My payslips lists every payslip your employer has finalised for you, newest first, with its pay date and net pay. Press View payslip for the full breakdown: what you earned and each deduction, such as NIS, PAYE and Health Surcharge. Press Download PDF for a copy.
Your employer also emails each payslip to you, if they have your email address.
Check your leave and ask for time off
Leave shows how many days you have left of each kind of leave, and the leave recorded for you.
If your employer takes leave requests in PaySuiteTT, fill in the form on the same page with the kind of leave and your dates, add a note if you like, and press Send request. It shows as waiting until your employer approves or declines it, and you can cancel it while it's waiting. Otherwise, ask your employer: once they record your leave, it shows here.
Change your password
Open Settings. Under Change password, type your current password and the new one twice (at least 8 characters), and press Change password. You stay signed in.
Your name and email can only be changed by your employer.
If you forget your password
On the sign-in page, press Forgot password? and type your email. PaySuiteTT emails you a link to choose a new one. Your employer can also send you a reset link from your page.
Good to know
- Profile shows your name, email, business and role, and whether your account is connected to your employee record. If it isn't, your payslips won't show: ask your employer to link it.
